Account Data

Name and email address
Password (stored only as a bcrypt hash)
Account and notification preferences, including an optional separate notification email
Telegram chat ID and the Slack, Discord or webhook URLs you add
Server connection details you add for auto-fix actions and log monitoring (host, username, password or private key), and a custom Telegram bot token if you set one; passwords, private keys and bot tokens are stored encrypted
Payment records (plan, amount, cryptocurrency, payment ID, deposit address and transaction hash)

Monitoring Data

URLs of monitored websites
Check results: status codes, response times, response headers and the IP address of the monitored site
Screenshots of monitored pages and the PDF reports you generate
Matching log lines from servers you connect for log monitoring

Technical Data

IP address and browser type (web server logs and Yandex Metrika)
API request logs (endpoint, status code, response time, account ID)

Session and security (CSRF) cookies
Yandex Metrika analytics cookies on our public pages

Yandex Metrika

We use Yandex Metrika on our public pages (not inside the dashboard) to understand how visitors interact with the site. It includes Webvisor, which records page interactions such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and click maps.

NOWPayments

Processes subscription payments. We send it the payment amount, currency and an order ID; we do not receive your wallet keys.

Google (Gmail SMTP)

Delivers our emails (alerts, email confirmation, password resets), so your email address and the email content pass through Google.

Notification channels you enable

If you connect Telegram, Slack, Discord or a webhook, alert content (site URL, status and error details) is sent to that service or endpoint.

We may disclose your information where required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Data Storage and Security

Storage Location

All data is stored on secure servers located in Russia. The third-party services listed above may process data in other countries.

Retention Period

Check history is deleted automatically after your plan's retention period (30 days on Starter, 90 on Plus, 180 on Professional) and screenshots after 6 months. Other data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account.
